Strict Signal & Mechanical Validation
We don’t just assemble; we validate. Our in-house lab is equipped with 67GHz Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) for PCIe 5.0 signal integrity, along with precision pull-force testers and cross-section analysis microscopes to guarantee IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 compliance.

Dynamic Flex & Mechanical Endurance
For robotic arms and drag-chain applications, our automated bending testers simulate millions of continuous flex cycles to guarantee zero metal fatigue. We ensure your high-flex cables maintain performance in high-motion factory environments.
RoHS & Elemental Spectroscopy
Equipped with EDXRF (X-ray Fluorescence) spectrometers, we perform rapid, non-destructive elemental analysis on all incoming raw materials, terminals, and solder joints to ensure strict compliance with global RoHS directives and heavy-metal restrictions.
Advanced Chemical Compliance
